Some Photos

I noticed that I haven’t posted many pictures since the alps last year, so here’s a random assortment from the last 6 months travel.

The springs of Bad Kissingen, Bavaria, Germany. They tasted like blood!

Waiting for the bus in Birnfeld to Bad Kissigen, after a week of meditation, to catch a train to Berlin.

Snowflakes in Kreuzberg, Berlin. Had such a magical time in Berlin, my favourite city so far.

Zenish advertising in Prague

Vienna, biggest collection of chocolate I’ve ever seen.

View from my apartment in Budapest.

Lviv, Ukraine. Statue of Stepan Bandera, political activist and a leader of the Ukrainian nationalist and independence movement.

Old town, Warsaw.

Visiting my friend Lewis in Amsterdam.

Haga district, Göteborg, Sweden.

Found an “English” shop in Göteborg selling Irn Bru, which is Scottish I’ll have you know.

Growing up in Wales, I saw a lot of gates, but never the sheer simplicity of self-closing, gravity gates! That’s my old housemate from Bristol, Emma.

The ferry from Umeå in Sweden to Vaasa in Finland.

One of my favourite spots in Moscow. Had to walk past it to get to the local shops.

Lake Baikal, Irkutsk, Siberia. The largest Fresh water lake in the world. I had to climb a tree to take this.

Sponges at the market in Irkutsk.

Sunset from my apartment in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Statue of Chinggis Kahn outside Ulaanbaatar.

View from the monastery, Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, Mongolia.
